About the program
The UA Communities InterAct Associates Program is a two-year entry-level rotational internship program intended to recruit and retain an internal pipeline of multicultural talent within the Universal Admedia network of companies.
Candidates are carefully selected from Elementary, High School and College.
The program was created in 2022 and has seen 4 students from the United States, Colombia, Thailand and France.
The goal of the program is to provide exposure to Universal Admedia companies in Europe, Asia, South and North America in order to prepare globo-centric creative individuals who are prepare to analyze and find economically viable solutions to today's marketing and social driven environments.

Program Overview:
The UA Communities InterAct Associates Program is a comprehensive 24-month, 5-hour-per-week rotational internship designed to cultivate a diverse talent pool for Universal Admedia. Through a carefully structured curriculum, participants will gain exposure to various facets of the global media industry, enhance their analytical skills, and develop innovative solutions for marketing and social challenges.
Program Objectives:
Develop a Diverse Talent Pool: Recruit and retain multicultural talent from around the globe.
Global Exposure: Provide participants with hands-on experience across Universal Admedia's international operations.
Skill Development: Equip participants with the skills to analyze and address complex marketing and social issues.
Program Structure:
Weekly Commitment:
Hours: 5 -8 hours per week
Monday: 1 hour of scheduled team meetings or check-ins.
Wednesday: 1 hour of scheduled team meetings or check-ins.
Friday: 4 hours of project work
Evaluation & Feedback:
Quarterly Reviews:
Regular performance reviews to assess progress, provide feedback, and set goals.
**Mid-Term Evaluations:
Comprehensive evaluations at the end of each rotational phase to ensure learning objectives are met.

Eligibility:
Elementary, high school, and college students from diverse backgrounds.
