As Design Director and Creative Director, he continues to shape the visual and strategic language of the brand, ensuring consistency across high-level advisory, production, and content-led initiatives.

Nii Addo began his career in global advertising and strategy, working with leading agencies and organisations including:

Interpublic Group (IPG), where he worked in strategy
IBM, where he completed an early internship in strategic development
He also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia College Chicago and a Visiting Lecturer at the Fashion Institute of Technology, sharing industry insight with emerging talent in media, branding, and communications.
These early experiences established his foundation in integrated marketing, account leadership, and brand architecture, which later evolved into his work in creator ecosystems and media entrepreneurship.
