May 10 2024: Statement Regarding Yasmín Eliana Serrada
In recent weeks, critical information regarding former Universal Admedia contractor Yasmin Eliana Serrada has come to our attention.
Yasmín Eliana Serrada was referred to UA by Rafaelina Sanchez , Owner of Blue Business Solutions as a candidate for a business development role within the Colombian division of Universal Admedia.
After hiring Serrada on a preliminary basis, in part based on the questions that were asked in the interview process, we undertook a background check on her, as is standard. Shortly afterward, the background check revealed a number of serious criminal allegations against this individual, which are currently pending legal actions
Immediately after becoming aware of this concerning information, we acted quickly to terminate Serrada’s contract and informed Rafaelina Sanchez and Blue Business Solutions and all Colombian associations with Universal Admedia.
Unfortunately, it has also come to our attention that Serrada is still promoting herself as being a part of the Universal Admedia team on social media sites such as LinkedIn. We have repeatedly informed her that she should no longer claim to be a part of the company, which she has ignored. We are undertaking further measures to prevent her from claiming to still be a part of this company.
